01Who is responsible

Simex pro is responsible for the personal information collected on this site and in the platform. Responsable de la protection des renseignements personnels : à compléter. Any question or request can be sent to hello@simex.pro.

02What we collect

At sign-up: first name, last name, email, password (hashed) and, if you wish, a profile photo, a job title and a time zone. During use: your simulation decisions, your messages in simulated meetings, your deliverables and the generated feedback. Technical: IP address, browser type and sign-in logs, kept for security.

03Why

To run the simulation and produce your personalised feedback, to secure your account, to send you the emails the service requires (verification, reset) and, if you are assessed in a recruitment process, to pass your results to the organisation that invited you. We do not use your data for advertising.

04Whom we share it with

With providers that process data on our behalf, under contract: Anthropic (participants simulés et retours), OpenAI (réunions vocales), Resend (courriels transactionnels). Hosting: OVHcloud (Canada). Some of these providers are located outside Québec, notably in the United States; we send them only what the function requires. We never sell your information.

05For how long

As long as your account is active. You can delete your account from the settings: your personal data is then erased, except security logs kept for at most twelve months. Aggregated, anonymised statistics cannot identify you.

06Your rights

You can access, correct, receive in a structured format or have your information deleted, and withdraw consent to optional processing. Write to hello@simex.pro; we reply within thirty days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

07Security

Hashed passwords, HTTPS connections, optional two-factor authentication, data access limited to those who need it. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a serious risk, we inform you and the Commission d’accès à l’information.

08Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision; significant changes are announced by email.
